El profesor Carlos Santos, denunció irregularidades en el ofrecimiento de horas para la Escuela Agrotécnica Nº 11 de Vinalito
Siempre se dijo que los horarios y los ofrecimientos de horas eran entregados y ganados a dedo, pero nunca se confirmó o se supo de un hecho semejante, hasta ahora en Vinalito.
El profesor Carlos Santos denunció un irregular manejo en el ofrecimiento de horas. “Anteriormente ya se sabía en la Escuela quienes iban a asumir estos cargos, ya estaban pre designados, porque mucho antes que se lleva a cabo este concurso, los alumnos de 6º año, me comentan que, estaban yendo a la Localidad del Talar para hacer la práctica profesionalizante con el profesor de Ciencias Económicas”.
Además, el profesor dejó en claro su posición sobre el acomodo de ciertas personas en distintas áreas. "A lo que voy es que, como puede ser que un profesor de Ciencias Económicas, lleve adelante una asignatura netamente agronómica, puesto que tiene un título secundario y la normativa dice que el título para un ciclo superior, debe ser de técnico de nivel superior".
Además, expresó que "le dieron a este compañero otras asignaturas que son 'Cultivos Intensivos' y ' Cultivos Industriales', en las cuales yo también me presenté"
